Mindfulness is a very simple form of relaxation by means of focusing on one’s breath or activity that is being done at any one time. Mindfulness in fact involves being present in the moment and concentrating on enjoying what is happening in the moment instead of rushing around without really being present and focused on what is going on. Mindfulness can be done in many different ways: breathing, walking, activity concentration, 60 and 180 seconds concentration, longer meditation.  Mindfulness teaches the mind to observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations with an objective view.
